Payment
I accept payment via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Credit card payments can be securely processed through the site without you sharing your details with me or anyone else.
Shipping
I am happy to ship worldwide on all items except Udderly Smooth Cream which will be shipped to the UK only.
All UK items will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class. Due to its weight Udderly Smooth may be shipped Second Class. Special Delivery is available on request - please contact me before purchase so I can adjust the price.
All items outside the UK will be sent via Air Mail. Please note I am not responsible for any Customs fees imposed in your country.
Shipping rates are as follows:
Orders up to £4.99 - £1.00 per order
Orders £5.00 to £49.99 - £2.00 per order
Orders over £50.00 - £3.00 per order
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that I am in the UK, so overseas shipping will take 1-2 weeks. I always obtain Proof of Posting, so if your item does not arrive please let me know so I can either arrange a refund or re-ship your parcel.When you receive your item/s if you are not happy for any reason please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
Additional Information
I love custom orders so please feel free to ask! I can offer felt dolls in your choice of style, colour etc. Also available are badges, keyrings, cat toys, puppets, Christmas ornaments and anything else you would like making from felt - just ask and I'll give it a go!
